Ingredients

500 grams macaroni
500 g prawn or shrimp, boiled, peeled and Cleaner
1 / 3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
4 medium tomatoes, cut into cubes
4 tbsp tomato paste
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 / 2 teaspoon dried basil
Salt to taste
How to prepare

1. Cook pasta according to instructions on the box. Drain and set aside.

2. In a saucepan, mix diced tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, parsley, thyme, basil, pepper, salt and half a cup of water.

3. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

4. Add the shrimp to the mix and then cover the pot and follow the cooking for 10 more minutes or until shrimp is heated. Remove pot from then on fire.

5. To apply, pour the pasta in the bottom of the dish, then add the shrimp mixture and red sauce over and sprinkle parmesan cheese on the face. Serve hot.
