Melon syrup diet...................

 Drink instant, free of fat and added sugar. Acherboh and thrived, especially when you feel thirsty.
Ingredients
American standards of European standards

2 cups watermelon red, peeled and seeds removed, clip
2 tbsp artificial local, you can use the splenda
1 tbsp lemon juice
How to prepare

1. Watermelon cut into cubes measuring 3 cm.

2. Be cut melons, artificial sweetener and lemon juice with two cups of cold water in blender.

3. Mix ingredients well even get a smooth mixture.

4. Pour the drink in a colander and drain well with the attempt to pass the majority of the pulp.

5. Cool for at least 30 minutes and then served with or without ice cubes.
