Ingredients

11 / 2 cup wheat flour, whole
3 / 4 cup sugar
6 tablespoon butter
1 egg

How to prepare

1. Preheat oven temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Beat sugar and butter by an electric mixer at medium speed until the mixture get thick.

3. Add eggs, milk and vanilla and beat the mixture again for a minute until smooth.

4. In a small bowl, mix the flour with Albaikeng baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt, then add to sugar mixture and beat on low speed for two minutes or until ingredients are mixed well and become a liquid paste.

5. By a large spoon, pour the dough in the form of tablets and pour each disk at a distance of 5 cm from each other on the leaves of butter.

6. For decoration, mixing the sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle mixture over the disks.

7. DVD biscuits are placed in the oven for 10-13 minutes until slightly Taathmr.
