Ingredients
American standards of European standards

3 cups coarse bulgur wheat
4 large onions, minced
2 cups tomatoes, peeled and chopped
4 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp olive oil
Black pepper to taste
White pepper to taste
Salt
How to prepare

1. Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the onion until it becomes golden in color, then add the bulgur and leave for a few minutes.

2. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, black pepper, white and salt with two cups of water. Stir well and leave covered in the pot on the fire for about 20 minutes, and add water if necessary. Then extinguished the fire.

3. Cover and simmer 10 minutes to rest.

4. Serve hot with yogurt Lite.
