Ingredients
American standards of European standards

300 g chicken breast fillet, cut
1 / 4 cup unsalted cashews
250 g fresh broccoli
2 carrots, sliced
1 bell pepper sweet red, cut into thin slices
1 / 2 cup bamboo shoots
1 onion, medium, cut into thin slices
2 teaspoon vegetable oil
For the sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 teaspoon vinegar
1 / 2 cup orange juice, Fresh Squeezed
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 tsp corn flour
How to prepare

1. Mix sauce ingredients well in a bowl until cornstarch dissolves.

2. In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil and fry the cashew nuts to be brown in color, opening, and then removed from the oil and set aside in a bowl.

3. In the same pan fry the onions over high heat until they become tender and golden. Then lifted and placed in the pot and cashew nuts.

4. Fried chicken pieces in the same pan for a few minutes to change the color. Then add the broccoli, carrots, red pepper, bamboo shoots and leave the pan on the fire until the vegetables become soft and crunchy, but at the same time.

5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables and stir for a few minutes to be a bit much, then add onions, cashew nuts and stir the mixture for a minute before extinguishing the fire.

6. Serve lukewarm with white rice.
